If you are a business owner or work for a company where networking is your life blood you have probably run into the age old problem of too many business cards. You may ask yourself “What can I do with all of these?” “How should I follow up with all of these when I don’t even have them organized?”.

Luckily there are a few solutions out there that can help you get those cards in order and start utilizing the contacts better. One such solution is CamCard.

This is by far my favorite app at the moment for getting your cards in order. What I really like about it is the clean interface, the ability to add in notes once I have taken the photo of the card, and the ability to sort my cards into categories. You can even exchange electronic cards with CamCard users from the app.

No more carrying around all of those pesky business cards.

It is super easy to find anyone’s card information by category or using the search feature. You can look at all of your cards at once or you can look at specific categories. The choice is yours.

There is a free version and there is a paid version. Right now I am using the free version since it does everything I need it to do. But if you need more robust features then the small price tag is well worth it for this little organizational miracle for your business cards. Below is just a couple of shots of how I have organized information so far:

Getting cards in is super easy. Just point and shot. It lets you retake if you don’t like the first shot. If you have a lot of cards I would suggest doing about 20 a day. Just set aside a hour a day and snap in those business cards. You will have your stack organized in no time.

You can use it on any device. To download for your device go to https://www.camcard.com/.

This is the version I use on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3.
