I kept my appointments electronically on the Palm Pilot and then wrote my goals, etc. in the planner. As time wore on, more and more advances in technology helped me to utilize more technology to go paperless and to finally step into the world of automation. 

Because of automation and technology, I have side stepped the burnout that most small business owners feel and that eventually leads them to shut down their businesses.
