Today I am sharing 3 apps of many that I use to run my businesses. It is important as a business owner to be organized and have as much of your work tasks automated as possible. These apps are just a few that I use to do just that. I have saved myself hundreds of hours by implementing these 3 apps. There are more things that I use to automate my business but these are my top 3 that I use daily.

Recently I have been getting a lot of frantic phone calls from business owners whose technology is suddenly letting them down. And it is happening at a inopportune moment too. When I switched from an iPhone to an Android phone I needed to find a good task manager that would work on an android phone. I really like this app and when I use it in conjunction with the Chrome web browser I am able to turn anything on the web or my email into a task.

I use this to save articles that I really want to read, but don't have the time at the moment to read it. I also use it to save articles that I like so I can go back for reference. I then am able to send to Evernote for further access when I need it.
When you find something you want to view later, put it in Pocket.
Now that it is official that Google is getting rid of Google reader I scrambled to find a new news reader that I could transition into smoothly. So far this app has not disappointed. The interface is great and it is very customizable.

I just love this app. I have been using it since I got my first iPhone and continue to use it on my iPad. The fact that I can see my Google calendars and keep track and move appointments with no hassle makes it priceless. It is so much better than the calendar app that ships with an iPhone or iPad.

I just love Documents. I can download and read anything in this app. I also can unzip files and upload to dropbox or any other service. It also lets me hook up with my email accounts so that I can download attachments and read them with ease.

I found this gem when I got my android phone. I really like how I can just add habits that I am trying to establish and be reminded daily and then see my progress to developing good habits. A real must have if you want to stick to something. Which consistency helps you to be more productive.
