- Too Hard to Learn – Don't know what it's for and what your needs are. Plus it looks like Greek to you because your not techy. You need to assess, document and audit your processes.
- Have To Do It All Yourself – You think you have to set it all up yourself with no help. You really don't have to. That's what I help you do. I setup systems and automation for you. And I can also train your VA.

I figured out I can only schedule and then go live if using a 3rd party source like OBS, Zoom, etc. I was trying to go live directly on Facebook after scheduling. Smh lol

I have a question.. how do you explain to your customers when they have tech problems? I have students and customers that will email me and need help with accessing their pdf- or video.. it’s hard for me to explain it in an email..
I would do short videos of the most common problems they have. Put it on your website. Then when you get those questions you can direct them to the resource page. You can also add links to that page in your outgoing welcome email in a section you can title “most common tech issues and how to fix”.
